This month we will be looking at shoreline searches & rescues.

We will be practising throw bag skills on land and also ropes, knots and anchors used in SAR. Please bring covered footwear as you will be running around on the grass. 

The Province has created an online Swifwater Awarenesss Course, for all the new members in training this is now a requirement to pass the GSAR course, we are asking all current GSAR members to complete this course to maintain their GSAR status. 

All members will be emailed with details on how to complete the course, please bring your Certificate of Training to the session.
