Search - Investigate empty kayak

An empty kayak on the Elk River was reported to the RCMP although nobody was reported missing.   FADSAR were asked to make a check of the area to make sure there was nobody in difficulty on the river whilst there were still a few hours of daylight available.  A fly over the area by helicopter did not identify anybody in difficulty.
